SEIDR, pronounced “sayth” or “seeth,” is far more than an ancient tradition — it is a living, breathing magic that has endured across millennia.
It sings through the blood of Northern Europe, carried by those who remember (and those who long to remember) the fierce beauty of the old ways.

It is the power of the Goddess Freya — the Mistress of Magic who once walked among mortal women and tribes, gifting us the wisdom of divination, shapeshifting, and fate-weaving.

Freya, in all her wild sensuality and wisdom, walked beside our foremothers to remind us of the truth that flows in our veins:

  • What Awaits You

    A 7-month mentorship — spanning 14 recorded lectures (2x released monthly) and 2x live monthly sessions (14 live sessions total) where we’ll journey and enter into ritual. There will be “homework” and practices for you to do outside sessions.

  • Sacred Womb Wisdom

    Your womb is not merely a biological function. It’s a crucible of power, echoing the cosmic cycles of life, death, and rebirth. In our work, you’ll learn to harness its intuitive pulse, transforming your creative and sexual energies into raw spiritual fuel.

  • Wheel of the Year & Blot Rituals

    Celebrate and align with the natural cycles of the earth. Through Blot rituals, you will honor the gods, the land, and your ancestors while calling forth transformation and healing.

  • Soul Rune Oracle Reading

    Each rune holds an energy signature and archetypal power entwined with your core from birth. Unlike astrology’s many aspects, your Soul Rune radiates from your very essence, shaping your career path, relationships, and innate superpowers. This is your key to thriving and another guideline on the Seidkona path.

  • Personalised Rune Readings

    Receive personalised rune readings that will illuminate your path and guide you in stepping fully into your role as a Seidkona and priestess - bringing your gifts into manifestation.

  • In-Person Sessions in Glastonbury (Optional)

    For those called to the land, we will meet in the sacred heart of Avalon, where the veil is thin, and the earth pulses with ancient wisdom. Here, you will deepen your practice and align with the magic of the land.

  • Direct Connection with the Land

    Learn to work with the land wherever you are, attuning to its spirit and connecting with the essence of the Northern tradition.

  • After The Training

    Upon completing the training, you'll gain access to the Seidr Practitioner Alumni community, a rich library of bonus content, Q&A videos, and more. You’ll also be invited to join me for future public blots and Wheel of the Year celebrations, where you can serve as a priestess and assist in sacred ceremonies. Should you choose, you'll have the opportunity to participate in Healing Seidr — a second-year energy and healing program exclusively for Seidr Practitioner graduates, where you can incorporate healing and energy work into your practice and offer sessions to clients.

  • Please Note

    Alongside the 14 live sessions over 7 months, you will also receive ongoing rune readings whenever you need them, and my full support over Telegram outside of sessions.

FAQs

  • I am only accepting students whom the Goddess Freya has called. I will be vetting each applicant through the runes to ensure this 7-month journey aligns with the sacred path for all involved and preserves the integrity of the lineage. If the Goddess says no, please trust that it is not your time — try again next year.

  • Yes, anyone may step onto this path, but understand that Freya and the runes will have the final say. Seidr is a potent doorway to the Otherworld for all spiritual seekers, regardless of heritage. However, for those with European roots, it can also rekindle an ancient ancestral bond. If Freya and the runes bless your journey, then your lineage is exactly as it needs to be.

  • I will go over sacred tools throughout our time together and help you find your main medicine items. But to start with, having your own rune set is not necessary.

  • No, you will build the foundations that you need throughout the 7 months that will hold you for a lifetime.

  • This is a woman’s only container.
