The terms & conditions for 1:1 mentorship, are as follows:

1. You have the sovereign right to stop the training & mentorship at any time if it no longer feels aligned for you.

2. I have the sovereign right to stop your training & mentorship at any time if I feel it is to either of our detriment.

3. If after the first session, the student does not wish to continue with the Mentorship, a full refund minus the cost of the first lesson will be given.

4. Any interested persons with mental illness or substance addictions of any kind should not apply for this training.

5. Xiomara Crystal operates under natural & spiritual law - maintaining the highest ethical & integral conduct towards its students & initiates.

6. It is up to the student & initiate to take responsibility for their behaviour, and actions & act in accordance with the highest spiritual & moral codes of conduct.

7. Xiomara Crystal is not responsible or liable for the psychological well-being of the student, especially in the case of mental illness or substance addiction.

1. No refunds will be given upon purchase of day immersions, private retreats or group retreats.

The terms & conditions for all other readings, offerings, services & courses:

1. No refunds will be given upon purchase of the reading, service or course.

2. Any interested persons with mental illness or substance addictions of any kind should not purchase this course & are liable for their own psychological well-being if they choose to go ahead.

3. The course content is strictly the intellectual property of Xiomara Crystal.
