S E I D R

SEIDR (pronounced sayth/seeth), can be described as a form of Northern Shamanism or Magic.

As an oracular art, it has components of prophecy and interacting with orlog (fate/destiny).

Through the practice of SEIDR, the practitioner enters different trance states which directly affect the natural world; such as communing with Land Wights, Deities, Spirit guides, as well as shapeshifting, astral travel & most importantly, journeying into the Otherworld.

This SEIDR course will be focused on solitary practice rather than traditional group SEIDR rites as documented within the Eddas.

Meaning, although you will journey as a group during live calls, this is about you learning fundamental shamanic skills, so that you may acquire personal knowledge of the Self & establish solid Spirit contacts through your practice of SEIDR.

Over 9 weeks, you will guided to build and focus energy, working with your life force & subtle body through Breathwork, Movement & Galdr (sacred chants).

Through guided journeys, you will directly experience the Otherworld & learn the difference between oracular trance states, aspects of Northern shamanism such as the historical practice of SEIDR, cosmology of the 9 realms of Yggdrasil & more.

You do not have to be of Northern European ancestry to learn SEIDR - it is an incredible tool for anyone’s spiritual practice & connection to the Otherworld!

But if you are of European descent, you will reawaken & connect to an ancestral tradition rooted deep in prehistoric Earth-based wisdom.
